The Ritz-Carlton

I’ve worked with The Ritz-Carlton on everything from brand partnership microsites to stories for in-room TV, email and the brand blog. I’ve commissioned and art directed animated illustrations for newsletters and holiday campaigns, developed internal communications and written the brand’s first global tone of voice guide. I also led creative direction for its in-room magazine, distributed to all 100+ hotels worldwide.
